WORK WITH ME

Web development, SEO, and the work that keeps a site running.

Project Discovery

Maybe the right pages are hard to find in search. Maybe the site is slow, a form drops inquiries, or your team cannot tell which effort is paying off. I look at the site and the systems around it, do the work that fits the problem, and check what changed.

Let’s discuss your project →
Web Development & Performance
Accessible, responsive sites, custom WordPress themes and plugins, backend development, easier publishing, and Core Web Vitals performance work grounded in measurements.
Technical SEO & Content Strategy
Search audits, keyword research, schema markup, technical repairs, and content priorities for the pages people need to find.
Website Operations & Hosting
Managed WordPress hosting, server migrations, plugin cleanup, updates, monitoring, and careful launch checks.
Integrations & E-commerce
WooCommerce and Shopify stores, checkout flows, secure payments, and PCI readiness reviews and remediation. API and CRM connections link forms, email platforms, payment gateways, and inquiry workflows.
AI & Automation
AI enablement in the tools you already use: AI agents, practical assistants, connected workflows, and automations that take repetitive work off your team's plate.
Analytics & Reporting
GA4 measurement, conversion tracking, and reports that make acquisition, engagement, and the next useful question clearer.
Email Marketing & Campaigns
List validation, audience segments, campaign delivery, and reporting on engagement.
WordPress security research
I find and disclose WordPress plugin vulnerabilities through bug bounty programs, with advisories that tell site owners exactly what to update. Read the published findings →

WORKING TOGETHER

How I work.

Sometimes leading development, sometimes embedded with your team - the engagement takes the shape the project needs.

Simple, honest billing

Billing is hourly, at a fixed rate agreed up front, and invoiced monthly. No minimum commitment, so starting is simple and low-risk: use as much or as little time as the project needs.

No surprises

Every piece of work is requested, estimated, and approved before it starts. Spend is tracked weekly and available for you to check at any time, and changes in expected cost or timing are flagged the week they appear. If a budget or a deadline cannot work, that gets discussed before work starts - not after the invoice.

Anonymized example budgets from similar past projects show what development like yours actually costs.

Fixed time, variable scope

Development proceeds in short stages with regular feedback. Time and budget stay fixed; the scope flexes to fit them. That discipline trims complexity early, which is where the real savings are - in development, and in maintenance long after launch.

HOW WE GET THERE

Know what the project includes before it starts.

The goal, deliverables, dependencies, and review points go in writing before the work starts. We discuss what is needed from you, how the result will be checked, and what your team receives at handover.

  1. See what is happening.

Start with the site, the people it serves, the task that is getting stuck, and any constraints the work has to fit.

  2. Choose a sensible scope.

The scope names what belongs in this project, what depends on other work, and how the result will be reviewed.

  3. Build it, review it, hand it over.

The result is checked against the agreed scope, and your team receives notes it can use after the work is done.

Common questions

Do you work beyond WordPress?

Yes. I work with frontend and backend code, APIs, hosting, technical SEO, analytics, and marketing tools. WordPress is one part of that. The right approach depends on the tools you already use and the problem we are solving.

Can we start with an existing WordPress site?

Yes. We can begin with the site you have. I’ll look at the theme, plugins, hosting constraints, and the specific issue before suggesting a change.

What if my project needs more than one service?

We can define a custom scope after a conversation. A larger build, a hosting move, an SEO program, or ongoing support needs its own estimate.

Are hosting, copywriting, and paid tools included?

They are separate unless explicitly included in the agreed scope. We’ll identify those dependencies before work begins.
